Excel Formula or macro?

Hi guys,
I'm racking my brain trying to work out the formula for a spreadsheet.

To put it simply I'm trying to calculate how many drawings I need for a trade.
I have put some comments in the spreadsheet to help understand what I'm trying to do.

Do I need a macro for this or is a circular formula ok?

I've attached the file. Please let me know if you need more info.
Help is appreciated, I'm trying to make my drawing printing management more streamlined instead of looking at a 100 different items.
