Hi Guys

We have created a new profile on a existing machine at a customers site and have had a issue we were Office documents (word, excel) only load successfully once they have been opened twice.

I have opened word / excel documents from local directory's, mapped network drives and emails. Everytime without fail, the program itself will load but it will not open the document. After clicking on the document again, the document will then be displayed.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated

The issue is with the ms office application.

U need to repair office application on the user system.......if still the problem presists, then re-install the application on the sytem......This is only final step to solve the issue. :)

    Hi Aadi369

Sorry I should have already mentioned that I have run a office repair through the add/remove program's application in control panel.

Office repair was stated didn't work. The only fix was to uninstall and reinstall office completely
