We have created a new profile on a existing machine at a customers site and have had a issue we were Office documents (word,excel) only load successfully once they have been opened twice.
I have opened word / excel documents from local directory's, mapped network drives and emails. Everytime without fail, the program itself will load but it will not open the document. After clicking on the document again, the document will then be displayed.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
