How to block social sites on Cisco 2901 and allow for some IPs ?

Dear Experts,

I am using Router Cisco 2901 in my office as Gateway, I want to block all social sites(e.g. Facebook, twitter etc) and want to allow to use these sites only for some specific IP range.  What could be the configurations to do this all.

this is usually a matter of proxy/content-filtering/firewall machines, not routers. Even if you'd want to manage this with access-lists on router, you could only stop traffic for some IP destination but not applications like social networks which are based on DNS names and are available through very many channels.
Depending on how large is your environment, you may want to check for some appliance or software machine for content filtering and proxy: some machines I use for my customers are Barracuda Web filter (www.barracudanetworks.com) or Wingate (www.wingate.com), althiugh there are many others.

hope this helps
