assign read only permission to all SQL database by default

Hi Team
        we use SQL 2008, i would like to create one account, this account will have read only permission for all database in this SQL, when i create new database in the future, this account will have read only permission by default. i don't want to assign permission every time. for example, the SA account will have full control for all database. but i would like give one account read only permission. any advice?

If you assign that one account read permission to the model database, it will have read permission to new databases created on that server.
Could modify the model data base under security\users  section and add the "read only" user there.
