SP2010 Foundation: How to use ms chart control?

Hello. I want to use ms chart control with sharepoint (visual webpart), but seems like I am not able to do what I want. In fact I can not even add control to my toolbox. Everything works fine with stardard aspx application (FrameWork issue?). Google told me that people actually seems to be able to use ms chart control witn sharepoint yet these posts seems to be related to Visual Studio 2008 / SharePoint 2007.

I want to confirm whether is it possible to use ms chart with SharePoint 2010. If it is possible at all, I would appreciate your feedback about how to implement it. The funny thing is that i actually managed to add chart control to my visual web part (well, deploying that solution broke my sharepoint -> web.config issue), but I am unable to get it to work now.

Unfortunately To get started with MS Chart web part, first you need an Enterprise version of SharePoint 2010

Sorry. I know that I can't use chart webpart, but I woud like to use ASP.NET and Windows Forms Chart Controls for .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=14422).
This should target 3.5 framework but while I can use every aspx controls, I have problem creating a webpart that uses that control.

I managed to add chart control to my visual webpart but I have problems with web.config. I found several guides but I never succeed with them.
