Osprey 210 Video Capture - - How to view the video

I am trying to view video using an Osprey 210 video capture card.  I had this up and running on an XP machine for years and do not remember how I got the software to view the video.  The machine recently died on me and I had to put the card on a new Windows 7 PC.

Now I am unable to view the video.  I simply used this card to view active video for security purposes and cannot find any software from Osprey to do this or any other source.

I am looking for any software that is free to view the video feed I am receiving through the card.

Anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

It is also possible I may have a Windows 7 driver compatibility issue.  So I may need to find a driver for this that works with Windows 7.  However, in the device manager it shows no conflicts and the card is recognize.  But there is a warning in the action center stating something about a problem with the "TV Tuner" which I expect may be the card.

It appears the driver situation is sorted out.

Now how do I view the actual video feed?  Or, what software do I need to view the feed itself?  Do I need a 3rd party software to do so?

K-lite codec pack also installed.

Thank you.

The reason I have selected my comment as the solution is because none of the suggestions worked.  A few were relevant but information I already knew.  I want to make sure the correct information on this topic is listed in case someone has a similar problem.

One last bit of information is the Klite codec pack is good, and I appreciate it, but it didn't have any impact for this situation.  Thanks again to everyone.
