Osprey 210 Video Capture - - How to view the video

I am trying to view video using an Osprey 210 video capture card.  I had this up and running on an XP machine for years and do not remember how I got the software to view the video.  The machine recently died on me and I had to put the card on a new Windows 7 PC.

Now I am unable to view the video.  I simply used this card to view active video for security purposes and cannot find any software from Osprey to do this or any other source.

I am looking for any software that is free to view the video feed I am receiving through the card.

Anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

It is also possible I may have a Windows 7 driver compatibility issue.  So I may need to find a driver for this that works with Windows 7.  However, in the device manager it shows no conflicts and the card is recognize.  But there is a warning in the action center stating something about a problem with the "TV Tuner" which I expect may be the card.

Here's the Guide goblue1
Have you installed the AV streamer drivers?
This looks important if you move the card or change things which you have.
Any directshow codecs installed?
Install the codec pack Klite to ensure you have ffdshow
Please read the manual first, it states in order to upgrade the drivers you must uninstall the software first.
I find with video capture cards the drivers must be installed first before first time plug in.
This way when you power down and insert the card power in gain and reboot windows will find the drivers.

The first drivers in this list seem the appropriate upgrade

You may be able to use the legacy Windows drivers if you run in XP mode. Here's how you set it up: http://www.tomshardware.com/news/windows-xp-mode-windows-7-win7,10213.html

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

It appears the driver situation is sorted out.

Now how do I view the actual video feed?  Or, what software do I need to view the feed itself?  Do I need a 3rd party software to do so?

K-lite codec pack also installed.

Thank you.

Hi goblue1, which drivers fixed it just for our database.
And what was fixed?
Please read the manual, how you used it in XP would be the same in windows7, it uses a directshow processing for capture and preview based on the directshow CCpins  and the
CC streaming interface demoed by the CCChannels applet supplied with the driver
Which mode is setup holds the key as to what is available, direct mode disables a few things.

None of the above things actually worked.  The drivers from the website were fine as is and there was no driver problem.  Simply download the driver from the manufactures site.

As far as being able to view the video, the webcam5 software was also useless as well as a few other software programs.

What did finally end up working after many hours of installation and trouble shooting was software called Debut Video Capture Software.  Simply do a search on the net to find the software if you need it.

Thank you to everyone for your effort in trying.  Ill close the question and assign points for effort.  Your time is appreciated.

The reason I have selected my comment as the solution is because none of the suggestions worked.  A few were relevant but information I already knew.  I want to make sure the correct information on this topic is listed in case someone has a similar problem.

One last bit of information is the Klite codec pack is good, and I appreciate it, but it didn't have any impact for this situation.  Thanks again to everyone.
