I have just taken on a new client. The "boss" lady has access to 4 other email Accounts, Sales, Info, & Service however she is having issues sending from these profiles.
She is using Outlook 2010.
The extra email accounts have not been added in Outlook 2010 (File > Account Settings Add exchange) and they appear in the EMC with the icon below.
I think the previous IT guy has added these account using the Exchange Management Shell.
I want to remove theses email accounts from the "boss" lady profile and then add each account individually using Outlook 2010
But I can't - any ideas?
