Exchange Postmaster Recipients

Hey Peeps,

So, I'm getting pretty frustrated with what should be an easy issue. I've taken over the IT position for a company that previously outsourced their support.

Every week or so, the old outsource IT person will send me an email forward of a Delivery Status Notification (failure) message from the Postmaster account.

How do I change the recipient list for the postmaster account, or for the DSN messages?

You should set mailbox for copy of NDR messages:

What is the Exchange server version and is the NDR settings done to some specific account ?
Is any NDR sent to the user account ? Does he still has a Working account\mailbox ? Is there any forwarder to it ?

Figured the issue out on my own, the question was just to simple / silly.
