Hey Rancy.. My Outlook is always in Online mode. &nbsp;And in OWA the new GAL appears displayed with it's new name versus 'default global address book'.

Exchange 2010 SP2, in a seperate ticket I created a secondary GAL, and a new address book policy, I associated the new ABP to my mailbox and I see the changes in Outlook. &nbsp;however I discovered that doing a manual full download of the address book, in the dropdown where you choose what address book you want to download the new GAL.. (nor any GAL for that matter) is listed.<br />

How can I get the GAL i created to appear in this list?
