Cisco Callmanager 4.1 displaying wrong caller id name

One of our sites has an older Cisco Callmanager 4.1 server.  We have a user who took over an extension from a previous employee.  We deleted the ex-employee in the User directory, added the new user, and updated all phones with the extension to show the new user's name in both the caller id field and the alerting fields.  However whenever the new user calls us, or when we dial them, the old name show's up.  

Does anybody have any suggestions of where I could be missing the old name?

In 6.1 this is the field that needs to have the name:   Display (Internal Caller ID)

It is located towards the bottom of the page on the Directory Number Configuration page

Did you save the changes and reset the Directory Number / Phone device?
