exchange user cant send emails

I have a user who uses outlook 2010 on a termianl server and when sending an email gets an error: operation cannot be completed. and sometimes it says you dont have sufficient priveledges.

when trying to login from the web app, the user sees this error:

 A problem occurred while you were trying to use your mailbox.

Is this happening when replying to some old emails or stuff ?
Does he faces any issues when working with OWA\Webmail ?
Is any other user facing the issue when working through TS ?

Is this the same user details ?

has an issue sending emails to everyone. how do you add a x500 address? what is that?
