Cluster service won't start

I had to reinstall the OS on one of the nodes in a Windows 2003 cluster. Now when I try to start the service in cluster administrator I get this message "Error 1060: The specified service
does not exist as an installed service" Is there a way to manually install the cluster service?

The new OS is 2003 Enterprise correct?

Looks like an issue with OS after/during installation. Please reinstall it once again using maybe different media (?) Do you have an ISO file? If so, burn new CDs and install OS once again. Remember, for clustering feature, you need Enterprise OS edition
