How do I crop a part of a webpage using HTML iframes?

I would like to crop a part of a web page removing the headers and the footers leaving only the part that I need to crop. I am sure that Iframes would do that but the part that I know that iframes would crop the full page. Is there a way where I can crop a part of a page ?

    Don't use iframes.

Iframes are not accesible, deprecated and will give you problems in many browsers.

If you want to remove headers and footers of a webpage you only need to add them the display:hidden css attribute.
