Failed to install one or more certificates

When I tried to install a new certificate on my VMWare view manager server, it gives me error message. The certificate server is on the domain controller.  How to trouble shoot this error. Please see the attached print screen for detail error message.

If the machine of manager cannot even reach the web enrollment of the ca  website then connectivity or machine is not within domain reach.

 Looks like there is auto enrollment required. .. Pls see below and key is mentioned on the use of certain that needed to allow private key export

After I checked the CA server which is also a domain controller, I found the problem is the connectivity between the CertificationAughority Server and the domain controller. They can't communicate with each other which produce the problem of CA server.

The Event ID for this error is 91, could someone here help me on solve this error, thank you.
