increase folder size

i have a drive that users have personal folders to save their work - it is within a hyper v environment.

how do i increase the memory size of the folder that they save to ?

Do you mean the size of a VHD file? You can do it from Hyper-V manager: shutdown the VM, open its configuration, edit the disk and increase its size. Then, after booting the VM, you can use the Disk Manager to extend the partition - that of course if the VM is Windows Server 2008; if not there some third-party tools that work on WS2003 like Partition Magic.
