Outlook 2011 on Mac - Colour / Color categories on public folder calendar not showing.

We have a user using Outlook 2011.

They have  access to a shared calendar on the public folders of the exchange 2010 account. They have asked us how to make the colour categories appear on someone’s MacBook and they are using Outlook 2011.

Therefore they have colour coded the appointment, but on the Outlook 2011 the colours are not showing.
Can anyone help with this what we have to do to make it appear on the Mac.

Thanks in advance

if I am not being mistaken, the colors are relative to the email client and will not show up/cannot be set up on exchange itself.
