webnow - will not print to certain printers

I'm using webnow on a windows 7 32-bit machine and for some reason when i go to print it does not print. The printer works fine with other applications but not with webnow.
I can select my Dell printer and it works fine, but my hp p4014 PCL6 and other printers do not wanna work with webnow.
I seen this on the web in regard to java and tried it but it didn't resolve the issue please help:

You need to get this question moved to the hardware area - it's nothing to do with Java.

actually it is java.  I fixed it by increasing the java memory runtime parameters.  not sure how to credit myself cause issue solved

Ask for your points to be refunded, or, post the answer here (normal protocol for this situation), and award yourself the points.

However, that still doesn't make it a Java question, sorry. *

* As far as I know, this forum is about dealing with code that the questioner has coded - the source in other words. If you can obtain the source from an app that's misbehaving, then that's fair game too; but changing a third party app's runtime parameters belongs in a proprietary TA for it, - if one such exists of course.

if u goto java in control panel u can change the runtime parameter memory. I used -Xms1024m -Xmx1024m
