Citrix App Center not showing connected Users

Hi everyone

I  have a Citrix Farm with 3 servers.  I have Citrix App Center running on the Citrix domain controller server and also on one of the two servers in the Farm.  On yesterday, I noticed one of the servers (Xenapp 2)  was having problems or people were having problems connecting - getting a message regarding remote services were busy.  I had them log on to the other server (Xenapp 1)  in the farm and they worked fine.

This morning, before anyone arrived I restarted the two servers on the farm (both are vittual) just to clear out any issues from yesterday.  Everything came back up fine and people are logged on to both servers working fine.

My problem is now when I pull up Citrix App Center on my domain controller computer, I see no users connected to either server.  I remoted into the Server 1 and was able to open Citrix App Center and see all the users.

Any suggestions?

Try to recreatelhc on that server and re-run the app center to verify.

command:

dsmaint recreatelhc

note: Citrix do not recommend installing Xenapp on domain controller.

It is not recommended to launch AppCenter on the Data Collector as it tends to overload it.

I believe, restarting your Data Collector - perhaps in a maintenance window or when no one is available during out of office hours - should resolve this issue.
