I have a strange problem on a users PC.  The PC started to type ,. all by itself every couple of seconds. (,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.)

The original PC was very old so I replaced it with a newly re-formatted Dell Vostro, Win7 64-bit & Symantec Endpoint Protection (v12.1.1101.401 RU1 MP1).  The same problem has started to happen again!!  I've had the user change keyboard & mouse, reboot.  Nothing makes a difference.  The user is remote and I haven't been able to safemode yet.

Has anyone seen this behaviour before?  It sounds like a virus.
