Outlook 2002 over https

We have a customer using SBS 2003 with Outlook over HTTPS enabled. An external partner has a number of mailboxes enabled on the server. However, the partner is using Outlook 2002 SP3.

Is it possible to connect Outlook 2002 SP3 to the Exchange server over HTTPS?

If so, how as I have had a look at Outlook 2002 and I cannot see the Exchange Proxy option in the 'Connection' tab within the e-mail Account windows.

No.
RPC over HTTPS was new with Outlook 2003.
Therefore an upgrade will be required or you will have to use a VPN.

Simon.

Thanks and glad to help

However, although no solution as its not supported or not possible doesn’t really justify a B Grade

If your ever unsure of what grades to give have a look at:
