I need to know about sended mails from exchange

Hello I have a exchange 2010 that use a relay to send mails,

The relay has a daily quota of 100 mail/day I noticed that I don't send so mails.

how Can I know the number of mails sended, or better How can I know what mails I had sended, from ... to ....

You need to check the Message Tracking logs :)
