Hello Experts,

I have a couple of element in Excel (as XML data) displaying as hash marks instead of the long text.

I have the XSD type set as 'string' for that element.

Any ideas?

You will get a cell full of # characters if Excel is not able to format the data according to the cell format, for example if your cell is formatted as a date, but the data cannot be converted to a date.  What exactly is the Excel data that causes the error?  Try changing the cell format to 'General' and see if you can then see the data.
