Hello All,

I am releasing a excel macro file that will be used by a lot of people. Before it goes out I need to prepare a PowerPoint to train people who would be using it. It may look like a simple question but I am confused. Can anybody give me some idea as to what to include in the PowerPoint like general section (type) the PowerPoint will be focused on and the flow of those sections – like user preferences preceded by  button list etc  any useful feedback is most welcomed – I am not sure how to organize the possible sections or other……Troubleshoot
If anyone has done this type if tutorial in PowerPoint and could provide me a text template - anything will help
Thank you

Please look at the following Microsoft Excel Training Power Point Slides by Microsoft.

In my way the best way to conduct the training would be to embed short video clips along with the slides, just like it is done with these slides.

For the videos, the cheapest way to do this would be by using a free tool like Camstudio or you could also use a better tool like Camtasia.

Good Luck!
