Windows 7 pc on windows server 2000 AD domain slow network transfer

I have 5 new windows 7 machines all deployed on a windows server 2000 Active Directory domain. 4 of them work great. But one of them has some odd symptoms. The one with the issues is experiencing extremely slow network transfer rates between local servers. Transferring a 20mb file takes about an hour. However, I can browse the web and download files from the net at the max speed of the DSL about 3mbps.

What is the best way to figure out what is going on?

Please update of network Card drive to latest version.

Compare the DNS server and gateway setting in that machine with other machine.

Turns out there was an AT&T M-Cell plugged into the same switch.  Removing this device ended up fixing all the networking issues.
