Client's email getting bounded back... 550 Connection dropped due to address validation failure


We have a client who has been unable to send us mail since 9/4. They are getting their messages bounced back... The error we see on our end is "550 connection dropped due to from address validation failure". Details from the log below. We are using Imail 11.03 as our mail server. Any thoughts to help nail this down would be appreciated.

e2hawaii.net message failed 2 of 4 checks, dropping

Have you tried emailing the client from your system and then see if they can reply to it?
Looks like you need to turn off Validate From address.
