We have existing Outlook contacts for our users.  The President is asking me to somehow get all of our email addresses added to the existing contacts that each user has.  Her goal is to have the email addresses ultimately get to our Android phones.

Is this possible

If this is going to be a dynamic address book, I suggest you try the following:

    -create a "generic user" mailbox
    -share the default address book
-import in it the contacts you already have
-add the mailbox into your Android phones, along with the user's primary mailbox

The article that petelong posted worked.  Is it possible to export the GAB to an Excel or CVS file?  If so how?
