Can I connect a EMC Fibre switch directly to a Cisco switch using fiber, so hosts can access the SAN?

My company recently purchased a used CX300 SAN; it came with a fibre channel switch BS32b2. I would like to connect it directly to our a Catalyst 3750G switch so I can have all the servers access it without installing the fibre cards in each server. Please let me know thanks

No, the Catalyst talks Ethernet and the SAN talks Fibre Channel. They are not compatible unless you buy a fibre channel to iSCSI bridge to convert the protocol. You can buy fibre channel HBAs to put in your servers or use a single server as a NAS head to the SAN and use that for file serving.
