Internal website not showing content

Ok, new windows 2008 server with IIS 7 running. I have a site that when typing everything works great but you get a SSL cert error.. However when you type you do not get the Cert error but you get a blocked content error and some pages have a forbidden page??? why is that? It points to the same server and it's internal. I hope you can help..

    Are you using in house DNS or external?  Possibly related to how it is addressing
