Outlook Error 0x8004010f
Hi gangs
During the migration phase ,one user came to me and complaint that he cannot manually download offline address book in send/receive outlook . Then i realized that all the users who are on exch 2010 are having the same issue .User's still on exchange 2003 are not having any issue's
I have tested the autodicover via the Ctrl + right click the outlook icon then select test email AutoConfiguration... it came back with no errors.
I cannot see anything else is effected by this ....
Please help me in solving this.

Firstly is the OAB pointing to E2k3 or E2k10 server as Generation server ?? If E2k3 than how can E2k10 server provide data as it isnt generating anything ? It is e2k10
If its on E2k10 then we need to check if the Mailbox server is generating and then passing the data to CAS to share with users :) how we can check this

Did you upgrade the OAB and what are the Outlook clients and Distributions set on the OAB ?
There should be a folder with ExchangeOAB and a GUID inside it having some lzx files and same should be available on the CAS server :)Hope you checked all Microsoft Services are running :)
