I have an AD user who can't copy and paste in citrix. &nbsp;if i configure his ICA client with a different name, he copy and paste fine. &nbsp;i configured his user account on &nbsp;the ica client on my laptop, and the copy and paste wouldn't work. so it's definitely related to his AD user account. &nbsp;<br />

We are running citrix xenapp 6. &nbsp; We are using the ica client because the receiver tended to be somewhat problematic with applications disappearing and some users prefer to see the entire desktop as well. <br />
