Hide Default Global Address List

I have created new address list, for example: sales, marketing, etc, but I need that users can display just the addres list assigened it, I need to hide GAL, to all users except VIP users.

In Exchange 2010 there is address book policy which allows you to dictate what addresses are visible and to who. Take a look at:
