Hey guys,

I recently got the job of managing a site built in wordpress, now my problem is that I dont know wordpress and I want to update the form codes for 3 of the opt-in forms used in the site. Im not sure where to find the pages or widgets when logged into wordpress..

page 1 right side http://www.collaborationzone.com/
page 2 left side http://www.collaborationzone.com/blog/

Not too familiar with wordpress but i understand english and have no problem with instructions.

Welcome to WordPress.  I will give you a much more complete answer below but for now please read:

specifically the sections on design and layout and file and plugin management.  Those are the most pertinent sections to this question.

Sidebars in WordPress are where you place widgets.  Widget management is done through the Appearance | Widgets menu but this is limited to placement and some very basic configuration.

Widgets (aside from the default ones automatically included with WordPress) are usually added via plugins.  So if you are looking to change the actual code of a widget, you should be looking for the plugin that adds the widget and editing those files.  Plugin code is found in the wp-content/plugins/ folder and you can also edit from the backend by selecting Plugins | Editor and then selecting the appropriate plugin and file.
