Java security in Chrome -- how to disable for specific site?

We use LogMeIn in Chrome.

LogMeIn, when connection, generates random URLs like this:
https://client-name--eiyywmbgdx.app03.logmein.com/main.html

Everytime we try to connect we get the yellow bar that says Java needs your permission.  By the time we click run this time, LMI has already switched to using the flash plugin (slower/buggier) and always run on this site doesn't work because the URL is always different.

I remember there used to be conflicts in LogMeIn when using Chrome, but not in Firefox or IE.  Have you tried using a different browser to see if the issue persists?

Also, take a look at this link

I don't see a way to only allow whitelisting for a specific domain, but you can always allow Java plugin to run (on all sites).
