Updates Not Installed

Attached pleased find message received after doing a manual Windows update. Three updates were not installed. I am working with a Windows XP computer, Service Pack 3.

    Dave_Molinaro--Again try installing, but this time one by one.  And do .NET Framework last.

    Do you get any other error messages/codes?  Look in Event Viewer.

    Try this.

    Concerning Office update, see here, especially info re Office Source Engine  and installing in Safe Mode
