I reviewed your project and found no problem with left bar when selecting an entry. When I select a RSS the left table actually gets dismissed thus no problem. Please provide a screenshot and/or necessary steps to reproduce the bug.

It looks like you were using an old copy? I'll run this and see if I can find difference in code somewhere.
