MS Outlook 2010 Developement, cannot see new add in tab.

I am making new add in for MS Outlook 2010 with Visual Studio 2010, I added ribbon tab in Visual Studio but I cannot see my add in tab in MS Outlook 2010.

Please check the picture for more detail.

    I think you may need to add the Developer or Add-Ins tab to your Outlook Ribbon
    Right click on the Ribbon in outlook
    Choose CUstomize Ribbon

    On the right select your delveloper Tab and you Add-ins Tab

    Once added, see if its there

    If you found the solution on your own, could you post it and accept that answer.
    Doing so will help anyone else in the future should they have a similar issue

    Otherwise, a delete would be more appropriate
