Which performance counter to monitor when Exchange Server users report slow issue in viewing calendar ?

Hi,

Can anyone please suggest me which performance counter to look for when some of my users complaints that Outlook is trying to contact Exchange Server balloon pop up in the system tray ?

The second link would confuse even more since you've provided all the counters that Exchange uses - where is the answer you are proposing?

You'll have to work this out starting from client machine uptil server side. The balloon that you see should be stating something - either the server NAME or FQDN
