<script>(function(d, s, id) {
  var js, fjs = d.getElementsByTagName(s)[0];
  if (d.getElementById(id)) return;
  js = d.createElement(s); js.id = id;
  js.src = "//connect.facebook.net/fr_FR/all.js#xfbml=1";
  fjs.parentNode.insertBefore(js, fjs);
}(document, 'script', 'facebook-jssdk'));
</script>
              </table>

That popup is the popup where you do not have controle because it comes from FB.
- disappear because you are logged in to your FB account
- if you are not logged in to your FB account it will ask username/password as popup.

When I click the Like button, the popup window (or "flyout") doesn't show. Why?

If the Like button is placed near the edge of an HTML element with the overflow property set to hidden, the flyout may be clipped or completely hidden when the button is clicked. This can be remedied by setting the overflow property to a value other than hidden, such as visible, scroll, or auto.

Facebook says that but it doesn't work.

It is not this pop-up. When you clike about like on a page of Facebook, they are two pop-up. The first pop-up appear and disappear quickly and i need to confirm my like for the second pop-up appears.

Thx for you help.

When FaceBook thinks your Like is a spamLike you need to confirm,
I've that problem also when Checking my own Like button on my site,

but when others try it (Once) it works all right, but when they play with it (as i did for testing) after a while they also need to Confirm.

wait a while or let someone else take a try. You're now a spammer on your own Like button.
I'm sorry
