Problems with Juniper networks SSL VPN dshostchecker.exe

Hi all,

Apologies if this question isn't complete enough, any information needed let me know.
We are currently running on a enterprise network with win 7 clients ( and IE 8). Some of our users need to connect to a 3rd party SSL VPN for their daily activities.

We've been installing the required Juniper hostchecker and secure application bits via local administrator on the machines that are being used and when the (non admin) users are logged in on their profiles at first everything is great.

The hostcheck works, they proceed to login and are able to continue working without fault.

Sporadically we'll get a call from the users because they are suddenly no longer allowed to login to the portal. The error recieved is "access denied please contact your administrator". This is only happening from their profiles, on the local admin profile their login credentials are working fine.

This leads me to believe this is some sort of UAC issue with the dshostchecker.exe,
Has anyone encountered this problem before, and what would be the best way to prevent it?

Have you had a look at installing the juniper installer service on the machines.  This can be done via group policy SMS etc.

The service allows non admin users to install juniper client apps/applets etc and should help here with the hostcehcker.exe
