Suggested Contacts on Outlook 2010 will not Auto Complete

Does anyone know why in Outlook 2010, even though the suggested contacts can be seen in the contacts folder, the auto complete will not work on new emails even for addresses only just created? The user has multiple shared mailboxes and has over 300000 items in their mail profile. Any ideas?

    Hi aegissupport,

    Try this:

Especially "How to Populate the Auto-complete list" and "Outlook 2010 doesn't save addresses to the autocomplete list".

Let us know if this helps,

Hi urzica, I have tried the link you sent me, it hasn't worked, thank you anyway.

OK well, I know that some people use this nice app from NirSoft:

But I can't say I used it before so I can't really guide you through it. It should be able to display the existing auto-complete addresses, and you should be able to add new ones to the list, then export the whole file and import it into Outlook.

This solution won't make Outlook start saving new addresses.. it's only a one-time solution..
Maybe someone else will know how to help.
