Few issues after trying to disable sharepoint (for example owa and rwa doesnt goes on at startup and internalweb is unavailable)

Good morning,
To save some server resources I tried to disable sharepoint on my SBS 2011 standard.
As far as I remember, all I did is disable the sharepoint service from services.msc.
Unfortunately I needed to use internalweb again so after few months I re-enabled everything related to sharepoint under services.msc.

For some reason, it didn't went smooth as I expected, and now the internal website address on the console is "cannot retrieve the requested information",
When sbs users opening IE, the default website that was the internal website is now the "IIS7" logo.

And the most CRITICAL issue is, everytime I reboot the server,
Remote Web Access & Outlook Web Access stays down until I manually run them from the SBS console.

Do you have any suggestions what to do from here?

    check your bindings... companyweb used to use port 987

    I'm not sure if what I see under "binding" is good or bad, what should I look for?

    Just a reminder, the main issue right now is OWA and RWA are down on startup, goes live with no issues from the sbs console (2011 standard) but just manually.

    binding may be the issue but still I'm not sure what to check in IIS
