excel2007

i have two barnd new hp windows 7 pro 64-bit  with 8GB memory
both PC users are having same issue when they open some excel files.
they are not big and few colums and raws.
This is  the error.

"Excel can not complete this task with available resources .choose less data or close otehr applications"

i have seen this on microsoft website and none of their solutions works.

Is all of office 2007 installeed?

have you installed the lates SP for Office 2007 yet?

Please post a redacted copy of one of the files. (Please check that redacting the file doesn't "fix" the problem!)

You  can also try copying all the data in the excel file to a new file, and see if that fixes it.

Is this happening when they are performing certain actions... such as copying rows or columns? Are autofilters on? Are there data tables?

He open an excel file work on that, leave that file.
then open another file
.

but  the problem is not happening to all the files when he try to open
