SBS2011 Remote Web Access User Issue

Here's a strange one.

I have recently installed an SBS2011 with about 15 users connecting to a terminal server through the RWA interface.

When one particular user logs in he seems to login on the console session.  Anyone who logs in after that user, irrelevant of whose credentials they use get's that users session.

The only way to work around this is to disable the users account and create a temporary login.

Any ideas

Thanks

Steve

If it only happens to a single user, try just replacing the user's user role.  From the SBS Management Console > Users Tab > Change role for user.

Re-apply the same user role that you've used for everyone else, and be sure to select "REPLACE" and not "ADD".

Excellent, that did the trick.
I should have thought of that myself!

Thanks again
