Netscaler 9.3 LDAP

I'm running Netscaler 9.3 and integrated LDAP by creating 2 LDAP servers that are my two domain controllers.  Then created an authorization policy that used a security group I created in Active Directory.  The Netscaler is working in the sense that if when I go to the Web Interface site, I can log in.  But the LDAP integration configured on the Netscaler doesn't affect login to the WI.  It only affects log in to the Netscaler Configuration Utility.

My question is regarding LDAP and Netscaler.  Does integrating LDAP with Netscaler ONLY affect login to the Configuration Utility?  Or should it also affect login to the Web Interface?  Or is login to the Web Interface still managed by the Xenapp farm?  We're running Xenapp 6.5.

The method you have configured is only to login to netscaler and not into web interface. You will have to configure the setting for the webinterface

Please go through this admin doc from page 149:

Below is the guide , i think this is what Basraj is reffering to :

I am suspecting you set the authentcation point to WI, which is causing this, please reffer the WI configuration part starting from page 149

Hope this helps
