How to format my XML from my Schema (.xsd)

Hello Experts,

I have data I've exported from Excel as XML.  Excel will not export as XML unless there is a Schema file to map.

From the attached file, you can see the schema I'm using and the resulted XML that was exported from Excel.

The bottom image shows what I want my XML to look like.

is there a way to setup my Schema (XSD) file to get my XML formatted like the bottom?

Thanks for any help.

Make sure that you export the data as XML (second format), not as Spreadsheet XML(first format)

What version of Excel do you use?
It has fundamentally changed from 2003 to 2010

Second format is called "XML Data" that is what you want and that requires a schema,
First format is called "XML Spreadsheet 2003" in 2010
