You'll have to explain how those values are calculated.

What are "Booking Variance" and "Shipping Variance"?

I suspect that you want to calculate those from the GH2 lines (eg. Booked - Invoiced).

If so, you'll probably need a variable for each column, and maybe for each Type (Booked, Forecast or Invoiced).  Formulas would save the totals for each Type in variables, and then use those variables to calculate the results for your new lines.

How do you calculate booking variance and shipping variance ?

I've guessed that booking variance is booked - invoice and added formulas to your report to calculate this for each group ( highlighted in red)

If this is correct then you will need to duplicate thes for the Quarter, Month, yesterday sections of your report using the same technique.

If this is not correct then provide more information on your calculations

You should be able to adjust gjparker's sample to use the correct formula
