This is by no means a plug but if you are looking for solid/established company for fundamental flash building with ease, I would suggest Trendy. They have been around for years and have partnerships with a number of reputable hosting companies:

hi im just looking through now!! i will have to return and spend a bit of time looking through!!

so presumably you have used it yourself or no someone who has!!!

basically all i wish to be able to do is create websites of my own and maybe use templates if i like any for all people that require a website, ie forms, music etc etc (with no issues at all)

Yes, I work for a major web hosting company as you can see from my profile and we are actually one of the companies partnered with Trendy. While I personally have not built any sites with it, I can attest that I have seen successful sites built with it and from my years in this field, I have seen Trendy around for some time.

Again, this is in no way beneficial to me or the company I work for in regards to recommending Trendy to you.
