You can use a VBA Macro http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/bb147656%28v=office.12%29.aspx or an Office Addin (a bit more complex, but more suitable for situations where you want to create your own forms etc that interact with Outlook) Example 1  Example 22
