Unlock Active Directory Account from a batch file

I'm trying to unlock an active directory account from a batch file, when I go to cmd line and run manually I get this -

c:\>NET USER domain\username /DOMAIN /ACTIVE:YES

[username [password | *] [options]] [/DOMAIN]
             username <password | *> /ADD [options] [/DOMAIN]
             username [/DELETE] [/DOMAIN]

    dsmod user userDN -disabled no
