AD LDS - Softerra LDAP Administrator - User Management Delegation

We have setup a couple of AD LDS Servers to authenticate users from external to our internal environment.  Our InfoSec department is responsible for the administration of these users.  I am trying to figure out how to delegate this to them.  Our LDAP Adminsitration tool is Softerra.  I have never worked with LDS before, so I'm kind of lost. :)
